Ending Gas Flaring in the Niger Delta and the West African Gas Pipeline: Two ETech International analyses on ending gas flaring in the Delta by 2008
E-Tech International is producing two documents that analyze aspects of eliminating gas-flaring in the Niger Delta. The first, completed September 6, 2004, for Friends of the Earth analyzed the relationship of gas-flaring to the West African Gas Pipeline project. The second, scheduled for September, 2004 completion for the Climate Justice Programme in UK, will focus on the feasibility of reinjection of gas to ensure that gas flaring ends in the Delta by 2008.
